Watermelon Mimosas with Mint
This delicious watermelon mint mimosa recipe only calls for a few ingredients and is so easy to make. NATURALLY sweetened + simple ingredients make this cocktail a must try! Perfect for Sunday brunch or entertaining guests on any occasion.

watermelon
cubed (about 1 half large watermelon) (chilled)
1/3

fresh mint leaves

agave
optional

bottle champagne
Brut, Cava, or dry Prosecco are all good options (chilled)
lime, watermelon slices, fresh mint leaves
for garnish (optional)

Instructions
Using a mortar and pestle, muddle mint until fragrant.
Add cubed watermelon, mint, and agave (optional) to the blender and blend until smooth.
Using a wire mesh strainer, drain juice into a large bowl or pitcher to remove pulp.
With champagne flute tilted at a 45 degree angle, slowly fill glass halfway with champagne. Top with watermelon mint juice
Garnish with lime wedge, mini watermelon slice, and a mint leaf (optional)
