Fig Bliss Balls (Vegan + GF)
Figs, walnuts, and hemp seeds mixed with vanilla and cinnamon all rolled together in a bliss ball! Naturally vegan, gluten-free, and paleo, these are the perfect bite-sized healthy snack!

Servings 15 bliss balls (number may vary depending on size)
- 1-1/2 cup dried figs (about 24 dried figs)
- 1 cup walnuts can substitute with pecans, or cashews
- 3 Tablespoons hemp seeds can substitute with chia seeds or flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch salt
Soak figs in warm water.
In a food processor or blender, pulse walnuts until coarsely chopped.
Add vanilla, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, and hemp seeds. Pulse until well combined (about 5 times).
Drain the figs and add to the food processor. Process on low until wet, sticky dough forms.
Form into balls and let set in the fridge (about 20 minutes). Keep leftovers in the fridge. They keep for about 10 days.
