2Tablespoonsmaple syrup
1teaspoonpumpkin pie spice
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1cupalmond milk
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Notes
I use frozen cauliflower rice because it helps make the smoothie thick, but it's also easier to blend than frozen cauliflower florets. Can substitute with frozen cauliflower florets if desired!
