Toast bread. Spoon 1/4 avocado onto bread and spread evenly.
Top with fresh lemon juice, salt, pepper, and arugula.

Toast bread. Spoon 1/4 avocado onto bread and spread evenly.
Top with salt, hemp seeds, pepitas, and radishes.
Balsamic Tomato Avocado Toast
Make balsamic reduction:
Add balsamic to a small pot on medium heat. Whisk consistently until reduced in half.
