Peanut Butter Chocolate Granola
This delicious granola recipe is super easy to make and healthy! Chocolate and peanut butter oats baked and mixed with dark chocolate chips and chopped peanuts. Top yogurt parfaits and smoothie bowls with this decadent granola!

rolled oats

maple syrup

coconut oil
melted
1/4
cup
cocoa powder
3/4
cup
peanuts
chopped
1/2
cup
peanut butter
3/4
cup
chocolate chips
Tools:

non stick baking sheet
Instructions
Preheat oven to 275 degrees Fahrenheit. Adjust oven rack to the middle.
Add everything except chocolate chips into a mixing bowl and mix well using a rubber spatula.
Spread evenly onto a nonstick baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes on middle rack.
Rotate the pan and bake for 5 more minutes. Do not mix granola while baking to achieve chunky granola.
Once granola is cooled, stir in chocolate chips. Store leftovers in airtight container. Lasts about 1 week.

Substitute peanut butter and peanuts with almond butter and almonds
