Roasted garlic is so easy to make and a great kitchen staple to keep on hand. Whole garlic bulbs and a little bit of oil is all you need to make this aromatic, flavorful recipe booster! Roasted garlic is a healthy way to add flavor to infinite dishes!
Using a sharp knife, cut off the top of garlic bulb to expose cloves
Place on a small sheet of aluminum foil and drizzle olive oil on top
Wrap aluminum foil and place in oven
Bake for 40 minutes. Top of garlic bulb should be light brown.
Remove from oven and let cool
Press bottom of the garlic bulb and squeeze garlic out of the peel

You can store roasted garlic in the fridge for up to two weeks. It's great to roast a few garlic bulbs at a time so you have it handy to add to all sorts of recipes!
