Peaches and Cream Popsicles
This dreamy popsicle recipe is perfect for Summer and only requires 4 ingredients! Greek yogurt, fresh peaches, honey, and granola are combined to make this delicious frozen treat!

Servings 6 popsicles
- 2 cups peaches finely diced (about 3 peaches)
- 2 Tablespoons honey can substitute with agave or maple syrup to make vegan
- 1-1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt can substitute with a vegan yogurt. I used Chobani vanilla
- 1/2 cup granola a plain or vanilla flavor works best
Dice peaches and place in mixing bowl. Add honey and stir well.
Add granola to popsicle mold. Next, add a spoonful of yogurt. Add a spoonful of diced peaches on top. Repeat pattern until the mold is full (I did this pattern twice)
Insert popsicle sticks and transfer to the freezer. Let freeze for at least 4 hours
Remove from freezer and dip molds in warm (not hot) water for 15 seconds. Slowly remove popsicle from the mold. If popsicle does not slide out easily, dip in water for an additional 5-10 seconds.
