I am so intrigued!!! I’m about 90% vegetarian and DF, so I can’t wait to try these vegan bacon bites. I can barely imagine how you turn coconut flakes into bacon, but I trust you and am totally trying this recipe this weekend.

This is such a clever way to get bacon flavor without the meat! I’ve recently cut most pork out of my diet so I am looking forward to trying this.
